Exactly, and that's why I asked. Since there appears to only be a single excavator on site, I could be some minor work for Ocean club considering that they used some of the Lago site to dig down without using shoring.

Another project where various developer got together to eliminate shoring between the 2 project. This save money for both developers since both project were not going to be built at the same time that included material, labour and time.
I believe Key West has done the same thing with the developer north of them.

They "never" say that - since when? Most projects I have been to are fully released, minus maybe the penhouse floors.
Anyway, the number I was quoted was definitely not for the first release.
