That is unreal, amazing shot and angle. With 1KW and L it looks like a whole different city. Show that to someone who hasn't been to Toronto in 10 years and ask them what street it is.

No that is definitely from Pier 27, on top of the eastern most building. In the bottom left of the picture you can see the northeast corner of the old printing-press building. It's essentially this vantage point but 14 storeys up.
