Seeing the three main volumes (podium, "body" and penthouse) together makes the design seem more sophisticated. Unfortunately, you can't see all three volumes from many views of the building.

The dull and unimaginative side facades with slab after slab of balconies are so lacking in terms of architecture, that there's little difference between those facades and some random '70s brick slabs in Scarborough.
