What happened to that other one at Charlotte and Adelaide? Langdon Hall? Or something along those lines. There's also that never ending hotel by Adelaide and Peter, which might actually be close to done now.
I don't even want to begin listing the proposed/announced ones, don't have all day lol.

Langston Hall (Charlotte & Adelaide) is applying for a height increase (from 13- to 21-stories).
Templar Hotel on Adelaide has been open for a few months now.

There's an interesting development near Richmond and Peter which they demolished everything except for the facade. I'm guessing it's a commercial development.

Is Langston hall U/C? I didn't know it was.

^^^ Construction won't start for a long time, if ever. They're supposed to be submitting for City approval but nothing has been done.
