Balcony glass is progressing quickly. Taken yesterday:

I thought the renders were pretty dull to begin with. Nothing about this particular design has ever wowed me, but I do like King Charlotte, and this seems like a duller, cheaper version of it. So hopefully it'll turn out 'ok' at worst.
Needless to say, this fits right in will Burano and Murano. I don't love any of them, but neither are truly terrible. It's just unfortunate that they all are built in such close proximity to one another, kind of like what's happening on Charles Street with the Casa community of towers. Hopefully YC Condos can bring some nice contrast to the area.
