There is a large house to the west of the 3 building that is boarded up.

Yeah, that has been an eyesore for years. I think it's been abandoned for so long because it's pretty limited in terms of redevelopment, being between a nice old apartment block and that building where Bairrada is. I'd like to see a boutique condo or 2-3 nice contemporary townhouses here.

The 5-7th floors will have unobstructed views of the surrounding areas. South-East facing units will be able to enjoy the Toronto skyline (for now) ....

This project is now active and under construction. Shoring is being constructed.

Excavation equipment on site. Doesn't appear to be very active at the moment though. Still hasn't noticeably broken ground.
