sure the greyhound terminal isnt tall, but it is an interesting structure. The parking lot north of it however, does need to go. Which correct me if I'm wrong has plans for two 22ish floor towers?

Yep there is. As for the bus depot, it'll be a heritage site and will be a facade with something reasonably tall 'on top' of it, I suspect.

I would hope they keep more than just the facade, the interior Deco lobby area with skylight and grand staircase is terrific. The site might make for an upscale retail opportunity on Bay St. given it's central location and underground connection via PATH to the Atrium/Eaton centre. Residential and/or offices could be built above the site
