No renders, no details in terms of height though as they have a bed count and a tight timeline I expect they know. For the record, 320 beds.
For comparison's sake only, Peel Manor (the new one) with 177 beds will be 4-storeys.
There is no application filed w/the City at this time, but I assume one is imminent.
They are talking about having these beds up and running in 'months'.
Which is an exceedingly ambitious timeline, even if modular construction were employed.

Here is an aerial view of the existing site. I assume, but don't know, that this will be situated on one of the 2 large parking lots.
