Slightly off topic... I noticed new fencing around the NW corner of Yonge and Sheppard. Anyone know what is going on?

See the discussion of the use of that site in the Emerald Park thread--begins about half way down on page 45.

There is a pile of earth now and a small dozer on the site with construction materials; the excavation does not appear to be very large or very deep.

Does this one deserve its own thread yet?
