Lol, that's why the yellow is only visible from one side. Don't want the good people of Toronto to swoon from too much exposure to primary colours.

Yup, this is Toronto the Good. Sticking to 'non-offensive' colours is the 21st century version of drawing curtains on shop windows on Sundays....they don't want to raise the hem line too much to expose those ankles.

On my walk today, I saw a sign in front of Sick Kids saying it was going to be the future Peter Gilman tower. Are they tearing down the old Sick Kids facade?

Gilman or Gilgan? Peter Gilgan has a been a lead donor to Sick Kids in the Past. He's the CEO of Mattamy Homes.
Confirmed, it's Gilgan, he donated 100M in 2019 towards the re-do project.
