Not my favourite building in River City, but still fairly well done.
Overall River City is outstanding. It's unfortunate Menkes has made such a mess of Queens Quay. I can only imagine what Urban Capital could've done.

Toronto’s green roof policy is honestly maybe its single best housing-related policy (or at least perhaps my personal favourite).
