Looks good, thought I wish the yellow accents on rc3 weren’t axed. It would have added a lot to this very monochromatic block.

Some lovely yellow gradient frit this morning at the base. Wish the gradient transition was less harsh but the scale of the pixels is bang on! Tough to see in the photo, but great in person.

I think they could, though it'll be an active construction site. This was also the case with RC3.

Is summer, 2020 the date you got? Mind me asking what floor?

We're on the 11th and we got November 3.

They’re setting the forms to pour the ceiling of the penthouse floor, then I imagine it will be just steel framing for the mechanical / amenities box on top?

There is curtainwall on almost every side now.

Window wall installation is progressing up to the fourth or fifth floor.

The lobby is now glassed in with more gradated yellow glass (couldn’t get a great shot of it). There is also some glass around the amenities level with a diagonal divide that I hadn’t anticipated. Not sure what the final finish will be.
