A coat of white paint would really bring those up a notch. That colour of stucco looks like a base coat.

The combination of off white, dark charcoal and bright orange cladding is so sharp and satisfying to look at. It's rare to see colour used so effectively in contemporary architecture in the city.

The black, white, and orange townhouses are eye candy. Usually, we don't see colour used with such prowess here in Toronto.

Quite nice, I only wish that there was a more pronounced architectural corner treatment for the intersection of Harbord and Crawford rather than the cheaper architectural materiality + customary grass soul patch you see far too often these days.
