Absolutely incredible. One of the nicest residential buildings built during this boom, for sure. The light and dark brick and orange accents are really striking.

Saw that Toronto Life profiled one of these. And that two more units, at the west end of this project, look to be under construction.

And that lot immediately to the west of these towns now has wood framing up to the 2nd storey for what looks like two new townhouses.
