A simple bold concept for a facade is all that's needed if you want it to stand out from a distance. It would look even better if the white part of the facade was the same all the way around the building too!

I hope they continue with the sidewalk treatment on this side of the street too: greenery between the sidewalk and the road. I was pleasantly surprised to find that in front of Pace.

Gives me similar vibes to Picasso. Something about a white tower amongst the sea of blue/green glass just looks so good. Not to mention this looks like it's being executed quite well.
