1800 Davenport was just built very recently - around 2018. It's all industrial/commercial, so fewer requirements for setbacks or crash walls (from what I understand...)

I cannot stop laughing at the "Gustav Mahler" graffitti. Oh no! If we let Metrolinx build this guideway then we'll be overrun by disaffected teens and their notorious love of early modernist composers

Forgot that the trees planted would have grown bigger by the time the graffiti would have been ignored. Hopefully, they'll include coniferous trees, not just deciduous trees.
