Exactly right. I own a unit in a building that's about 15 years old. The plan was to repace the glazing after 20 years, but they're finding the seals are failing sooner than anticipated originally, so they will be replaced over the next 2 years. And now there's a lovely special assessment.

Its going to be a nice addition to this intersection,
This and the addition of the proposed 415 King (@ Spadina), the re-development of Winners site, and the future proposed Cityplace Signature tower down the road, will definitely change this dead zone for good...
im also hoping for the elimination of the gas stations, and something nice for the north-east corner of Spadina and Front

plus 170 Spadina (Fad at Queen), and 270 Spadina (Dragon at Dundas).
Happy to see Spadina ave embraces more urban population south of Chinatown.

I hope the era where major downtown intersections are occupied by nothing but TD, CIBC, Scotia and BMO will be gone soon.

Anyone know how many stories this is going to be? Don't want my view from the 'Reve' building being blocked.

It's in the thread title

That looks very good, it's pretty nice to see this kind of development in the area, there's going to be a lot of new activities with the new retail development as well.

Along with this commercial property, I like the fact that Allied is making moves to develop new commercial properties in the neighborhood as well.
