This has certainly piqued my interest now. The top reminds me of a lite version of Woodwards 43 in Vancouver.
That was my first thought too! If only we got some red accents on the tower as well Haha

If the brick, glass, and wood canopy end up looking even half as good as they do in that render, this is going to be a winner.
