Don't have a picture, difficult to really capture it in a picture especially with just a phone, but it's very cool how this building is now forming a terminus view looking east on Dupont past the new Davenport Diamond bridge. Going to be even cooler to see once there are lights up in the units.

Whatever happens here in terms of execution, I like seeing the increased density here and with other buildings in the area — it's making it start to feel a bit more like a city vs. the sort of desolate hinterlands on the edge of town vibe that it can have sometimes around here (said with love — I live in the area and there's lots of great around too, in part because of its desolate hinterlandsness).

On a smaller scale, I similarly I find the new terminus view of T3 Sterling looking south on Symington to be neat to see as well. Feels like a city! I think Junction Point may be visible looking west across Dupont in the future too.

Happy new year everyone!
