Quick update of Fuse from this morning. The first tower is close to topping out, the second one is finally above ground.

Well, at least the intersection is not dominated by those questionable brown towers anymore. So that's already a huge improvement to me.

Looking at Google streetview, there was another factory just north of the rail corridor that was demolished soon after this projected started. Pretty disappointing that one wasn't saved, it certainly was no better or worse looking than the building being incorporated into this condo (not that this factory wasn't any less deserving of preservation, just that I see no reason why the other factory was destroyed except a lack of desire to keep it).

This development is such a game changer for the area. Tas' development a block away will be big as well. I live in Corso Italia (south of St Clair) and am amazing on the people moving into this area.
