At this point let's just hope the 2nd tower actually gets built. Reminder to everyone that sales have not started...
While I am not going to gaze into some crystal ball and predict whether the second tower will be built or not. I am no expert gauging how the market will be in the next short while..and I not going to pretend to be...

...but I do suspect it will likely be built, particularly when there is a rebound in the housing economy. It's a question of when. And unlike office towers that are debatably needed, people will always need a place to live and call home. And people with money would prefer something that's a bit more swanky...

...so it is what it is. And also for what that's worth. /shrug

🎅 Look what I found on my dog walk this morning.

A couple of old fashion screenshots from the very interesting but way too short presentations on Friday.

The cladding geometry/pattern and metal finish is so refreshing and promising. My only worry is the amount of bolts you see here on these mockups may distract from the overall effect and make it look cheap and unrefined. I’m hoping the final product doesn’t have these bolts, but I’m not holding my breath. If the bolts remain, the building will still look great from afar but up close these bolts are ruining the otherwise amazing cladding.

Hubba hubba!
I knew there was gonna be some blood flow when those were found! Their own images didn't divulge the location, so now we all know!

There's some refinement to be done there... the exposed fasteners are fine, but I really dislike the fit of the side panels to the face panel. And that'll be exposed, too. I'm not immediately sure how to do it better (the geometry is tough), but I hope that's not the final answer
