The thing I'm confused about on this one, the address for the project is 266 King West, which is the building that was torn down and where they are now erecting the current building, but where's the second phase going to be then?

The addresses for this are a bit messy; lot control splitting, rezoning, assembly.

The second phase (west tower) will stretch from King St to Pearl St and from Ed Mirvish Way to Princess of Whales Theatre. Next to the theatre the Anderson Building facade will be retained.
