...yes, of working behind the scenes, I get that. But going from demo to here has been going at a fairly good click regardless of that. So I was asking why the weird comparisons and the impatiences. It seems a bit misplaced, IMO.

As the person who readily points out how slow Pemberton is this is not Pemberton this project went from excavation start to crane up and footings in under 8 months that's pretty good considering that the 6 story here in my town took a year to get shoring complete foundation Dug and crane up
