Looks like a 7 year construction process before everything is complete. so by 2030. Frank gehry will be 99. hopefully he is around to see this.

Well based on recent interviews he has no plans of retiring so I'd imagine he's banking on it at the very least.

December 22, 2022: A couple of photos of the interior demolition activities for Forma as seen from Duncan Street. Two sets of activities going on - the mobile crane, packing up for the day at this point, appears to have been lifting demolished materials from the rooftop. Also visible are the opened window frames where the interior floor demolition materials are being pushed out onto the sidewalk work area for loading into the removal bin.

December 30, 2022. Almost New Year's Eve, afternoon of Friday, December 30. Demolition activities to prepare for Forma's construction are ongoing. Scaffolding is now being set up for taking down the exterior brick walls, and gutting / sorting / removal of the interior structure is continuing. Another GFB removal bin was about to back in for loading as these photos were taken.
