Toronto Form Condos | 50.59m | 14s | Tridel | a—A

Fantastic. I like this much more than the initial 'wavy' concept. If it turns out anything like this, it'll by far be Tridel's best building.

Looks promising. I like it a lot.

I remember the Brinks building. In my first year at what was then called OCA, that building housed Experimental Arts. I remember the first time wandering through it - glorious anarchy. A year later, when I joined the department, they had already purchased the Stewart Building and the dep't had moved to the 'new' building.

Oh praise the heavens it's a midrise block and not a point tower. Definitely a solid design, I look forward to seeing it take shape.

Is this rental or will it be in sales before construction begins?

No word on that yet. This redesign was submitted to the City in June of last year, so there's no public indication of any serious movement on this other than some activity in the parking lot currently!

That sounds very cool! Would it step out away from the street, or over it or neither? I would hope for over the street, if that's legally permitted.

Any updated documentation/submission for this project? When I search on the planning site by address, regardless of trying various McCaul addresses, I get 0 results.

It is still a few months before Tridel will be launching Form. We have sent a note to the planner asking when we might see this surface again at Toronto Planning.

I believe it went in for rezoning in October.
