Interesting that there's now an open space / park / garden where the Drew Mandel-authored art gallery was to go. It's still called out in the Final Report linked above but it's missing in those renders. Anyone know what's up there?

The Gallery is Phase 2, with no announced date for it to be built yet. I believe that its underground (vaults, etc.) will be built at the same time as the condo though.

Because it has louvers on its exterior, its inspiration is from a CPU heat sink? You need to open your eyes to more architecture.

There's a CAT excavator ripping up the back of this parking lot today (though the front of the parking lot is still in business). Movement? Or related to the Grange Park renos?
