Minor Variance application proposing the following changes:
  • Total residential units increased from 135 to 162
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 40 to 34
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 137 to 179
  • Minor height increase from 28.75 to 30.14m
No new renderings. CoA hearing tentatively scheduled for Dec 4

City Planning’s Dec 24, 2024 letter to COA recommends approval — GFA and setback reduction would come with a ~$18k financial contribution for Ward 9 improvements. https://www.toronto.ca/f885eb20-c451-4032-85d8-3ae724943210
The hearing was scheduled to occur on Jan 8 but the status is now “deferred.” Not sure what’s next.

Further revisions to the Minor Variance include an increase in units from 162 to 168, a minor increase in GFA and bicycle parking increasing from 179 to 185.

CoA hearing set for April 9th.
