New rendering was taken from the architectural plan via Site Plan approval. Total height changed from 28.95m to 28.75m. The total unit count changed from 85 units to 135 units.

The hearing was scheduled to occur on Jan 8 but the status is now “deferred.” Not sure what’s next.

City confirmed via email last month no new date has bern scheduled.

Further revisions to the Minor Variance include an increase in units from 162 to 168, a minor increase in GFA and bicycle parking increasing from 179 to 185.
