Definitely the street level is the best. I thought I would like the balcony treatment on this building, but as it nears completion it just looks postmodern tacky to me.

Doesn't everything look dated with time? The Tower of London is dated, but it's still beautiful.

It might look dated one day, but it will always have architectural character. Many minimalist glass towers lack distinguishing features that hold people's interest over generations. This tower has character and identity thanks to features like its balconies.
