Since it's so nice out today, I took a detour on my trip to the Market, just for you You can't really see into the tent. It covers the south end of the car wash building and a big chunk of the parking lot. There's an excavator in there digging, but that's all I could see.

They're definitely not wasting any time on this. They start building hoarding around the former Staples/Porsche block today as well.
