So with all the talk about elevators or lack of elevators in other buildings. What is the elevator to unit ratio in these buildings.
From their website and this article:
EX1 - 60 storeys - 600 units - 5 elevators for the tower + 2 elevators for parking
EX2 - 42 storeys - 395 units - 4 elevators
EX3 - 66 storeys - 660 units - 5 elevators + 2 private elevators for the "penthouse suites" on floors 61 to 66
EXS - 31 storeys - 250 units + 26 hotel suites - not specified, but there are dedicated elevators for the boutique hotel on floors 3 & 4.
Offices - 30,000+ sq. ft. - dedicated elevators
 
EX1:
-The 3rd stacked boxed is being poured.
-Scaffolding on the north side has been removed, revealing the cantilever from the 2nd stacked box.
-Installation of balcony glass and podium cladding has started.

The south east corner is being form for grade level and looks like the 2nd week in July that it will be pour with various stages of the 40s tower following it. The hole I assume is the 72s should be dug out in July

The smoke and hazy having an impact on shoot most things these days.

I looked back several posts and couldn’t find my answer but are these two the 30 and 60 storey towers or the 42 and 72 going up currently?

If the renders are correct, these are the 30 and 60 stories towers (the grey and red top towers.) The 42/yellow top one should be reaching grade soon while the excavation for the tallest (blue top) tower should be almost done.
