Perhaps Arsenault are just the architect of record - i.e. the one who does all the work. Their office is about 200m down Dundas towards Kipling from Evolution, so site visits and other construction necessities could be completed with less difficulty than if someone from Core had to travel from the core.

Wow, over a year since this thread was last updated. Anyway, hoarding has gone up around the site, so it's finally getting underway!

Work has finally started on this project with shoring taking place.

This has to be one of the slowest projects I've ever seen LOL. Glad to see things moving along now.
