As it stands today, the fly boys and their drones are the only ones who can shoot this since unless you are on site or know one in the towers around it.

The 8-10' hording that are more common these day around the site really block views of trying getting any type of shots.

For me and others, will get shots when the tower is about 2-3 floors above grade.
