I’ve written them about the billboard because the lights completely light up my unit, especially at night when they were doing their testing. There is absolutely no consideration for the residents in the area. I don’t even see a rendering of this billboard, so how is this allowed?

They seem to have a permit for it.

The brightness was likely just burn-in testing. It shouldn't be as bright once it's actually operational, and will only display static images of the EQ Bank logo.

Interesting and thank you for the details. So weird because I can only see renderings with EQ BANK signage, but not this billboard. In any case, I sent my email with concerns and I’m sure the building being built right beside it will also have residents upset. It reminds me of the red lights episode from Seinfeld. Thank you again!
