enough with the all glass buildings. the only look good when contrasted against masonry or concrete buildings nearby. when you have nothing but glass buildings it becomes completely soulless.

Funny you say that. I can't stand that all our big office buildings are glass, but I don't mind this one because it's far away from the rest of them.

This is almost at a standstill. Btw the EQ Bank building on St. Clair has had it's sign replaced with one for Fitzrovia. Don't know if that signifies anything. Sigh

Yes, it sure is taking a long time to wrap up. Maybe there's no compelling reason to rush towards occupancy?

It's odd for a pre-leased office tower to doddle. It's not like condos in which developers can delay occupancy with few penalties. Most likely this is just the schedule. I'm thinking even if EQ Bank doesn't intend to occupy their space why delay the finish and miss out on rent.
