To be fair, the hoarding and fences are for Oakwood station, not for the condo itself. Please don't disqualify Empire Midtown because of Oakwood station.

The lighting in the lobby makes it look like the inside of a Burger King.

Those LED light panels on the left hand side of the first 2 photos are especially ghastly.

The exterior is quite sharp and satisfying. The pops of colour were well chosen and evoke Line 1's yellow on the subway map.

The building doesn't look like the height of luxury, but it looks like it was designed with a sense of creativity and great attention to detail.

The doors fronting on Eglinton, beside the Green P and entrance to the lobby; are those supposed to be retail or residential?

Looks like the Oakwood station construction debris and hoarding are soon to be removed so wondering what those doors are for.
