This building went into construction on February 9, 2018. We've put it into the database file as a 15-storey building even though it's only officially 13 storeys tall as its front door is on the east side where it's at the height of Forest Manor Drive. You can see in the rendering above, however, that it's clearly 15 storeys tall from Dn Mills Road, so screw the official number. Ultimately it doesn't matter as this building is nowhere close to making it into the 100 metre list.

This area needs pedestrian safety improvements. The new condos have brought more car and pedestrian traffic. But the turning radii are wide and pedestrian crossings are too dark at night. Some curb extensions would go a long way. Is there anything planned in this regard? Who would one contact to get some pedestrian safety features installed?

Try your local councillor. And keep pressuring for it. There is tons of funding floating around for those types of things in the city right now, but the councillor has to push for it.
