I looked at a couple of the 6 apartments for sale there - faulty finishes aside, why do people tolerate such inefficient layouts? But 22 are for rent on Realtor.ca alone, so I suppose that answers my question.

The more door the developers can get on each floor that’s all that matters not about the person living in them……SAD

Anyway. 85 apartments for rent on Realtor.ca alone, all of them with a similar "kitchen" that is slightly larger than a vintage Easy-Bake oven.

Daniels development did a much better job with the recent buildings in Regent Park

Today. The walkway connecting Cumberland and Yorkville is open. Also, the little falcon(?) sitting on top of the big bird sculpture has a twin perched above the 3rd floor of the main entrance.

I believe so. No outside work going on. No crews about last time I was there. Closings began a few months back.
