I'm thinking this is one of the few projects set to benefit from residents' blinds/curtains. If the condo board can mandate white blinds and curtains, a solid background that matches the white spandrel areas will really make the cutout sections of that balcony screen pop.
 
Was by the Science Centre today and boy is the Y&E node getting huge! Sorry no pics.

I have to say, the building definitely looks better in person than in photos. I live in the area so I walk past the south tower every day on the way to the subway. It has a good presence, meets the street well and ties in well with the rest of the intersection.
My biggest issue is the shorter north tower which is too stubby and looks so awkward/ heavy when looking east from yonge.
 
How will people enjoy their balconies if there is a vertical black screen blocking their view? Maybe I'm missing something and someone can explain.

The screens allow views through, and there are also unobstructed cutaways and glazed sections.
