Just about gone now! A large stretch of scaffolding is now up over the Yonge St sidewalk. Demolition should be imminent for the rest of the property soon.

I don't see why not. It's a seperate building, so if they are careful like the bank should be OK.
 
This morning. They have started tearing down the Burger King building (end of the alley).
According to one of the guys on site, TD Bank is renovating the Yonge and Erskine location and once it's done (in a couple of months), they will move the Yonge/Eg employees to that location.
