Are there plans to treat the front of the concrete balconies? If not, this looks very old fashioned and not in a great way.

That purple and pink balcony glass is very nice what a terrific change. Sad they didn’t use more of it on the building. We can only hope this type of balcony glass trends to the next generation of buildings in or near the core. Over all. I kinda like this project. Hope though all the materials come together in the end. Thanks for sharing photos @Benito

Why does Giannone Petricone keep using that poop coloured brown brick we saw in Regent Park towns too? It looks so bad, especially against pink. Such a bad material.

Drove by today.... building seems to be coming together...... the metal paneling is helping blend all the different elements.... but yes a lot of spandrel on this one

It appears that metal panels will be covering the balcony edges
