RioCan REIT is selling a 50 per cent non-managing interest in its residential rental and retail eCentral/ePlace property in Toronto, and its Rhythm rental apartment development in Ottawa to WoodBourne Capital Management for a total of $156.2 million, the trust announced Wednesday night.
