I walked by here last week and it felt 'downtown'; something I've never felt in this area. Elegant for a mid priced condo building, good proportions and scale, and the deep sidewalks pull it all together well. This one's a win.

Does this site have a problem with the material on it??? Haven't been the area for at least 6 months, but as I head west on the 504, the west end looks like it still under construction as it was missing material in various location and remember seeing it finish the last time I saw it.

The entire wall along Shaw is missing its panels. The rest of the panels along King are all strapped in to prevent them from falling. It has been this way for over a year now.

Also, the lighting feature is much better in photos than in reality, in my opinion. The lights are not shielded or diffused in any way, so driving or walking down the street you can see the glare for kilometres.
