This is a proposal for a major new mixed-use project in Toronto. Conceived as a pluralistic icon, the towers shine in the light of dusk and are a contemporary iteration of the golden age of skyscrapers in North America.

Considering The Pemberton is currently under construction on the north block, I don't see how this would be possible.

I know but I think that it is odd that this huge project is on the very up to date website. Also this looks like a substantial increase in density/units. But I do like the aesthetics. Very Hamburg/London!

Johnny Strides with his recent walkthrough of the Cumberland Terrace. Seems like he comes by every half a year or so for some easy dead mall content. We'll likely have to live through at least a few more of these videos before anything starts.

I love how I walked by this location today and they have two different notices around the corner from each other. For a second, I thought it was two different projects but it's the same address...
