Never sure whether to post these in Crystal Blu or Uptown thread since it's one in the same for now.

Excavation seems to be going quite slow... I assume the cold/frozen ground has much to do with it.

Good point, I'm never quite sure where to post either.

Given a really wet January & February (so far) I'm noticing a lot of construction slowing
