Added floors

If they add two more floors, what happens to people that wanted to buy a flat on a certain floor?...for example the top floor....now they're not going to be on the top floor. Does the developer go back to the purchasers and offer them first chance to upgrade?
 
The top floor (penthouse) remains the top floor. the 2 new floors would be right under that. If the developer marketed a penthouse plus a sub-penthouse, then the 2 new floors go under both of those. So, it does not change anyone but the penthouse... which doesnt matter if they go up 2 or 3 or 4 etc.
 
These will be fun to watch go up.

Those tall slender towers have a very NYC or Chicago look to them... excellent use of valuable downtown space.
 
What's not an excellent use of valuable downtown space is the gap between them. They've aligned their podiums... why not build to their respective property lines and take it to the bank?
 
Balmuto Street "as is", is not a very nice street. There's the dated and somewhat rundown Manulife Centre fieldstone exterior on the west side (plus that 50 storey bunker apartment building) then the student residence immediately south of where Blu is going and that crappy Charles Street mall. It always smells of rotting garbage at the north end of the student residence and there's most often several large industrial garbage buckets out there too.

It doesn't look very "Blu" like the renderings, more green or turquoise.
It appears one of the Sim chicks passed out from too much Vodka next to the pool and her Sim neighbours don't seem to care.
 
How about Verve light? looks like the exact same colour glass as on that other current project... looks like there was an accident in the pool area... someone has fallen and cant get up!

I do like this nice slender profile and the trees planted in the recessed windows above the lobby are a nice touch....
