Toronto CrystalBlu Condos | ?m | 36s | Bazis | Burka

There's quite a bit of precast on this one now. To my eyes it looked like it had a pinkish/orangish tinge.

Um, yes, it is. You can see it in dt_toronto_geek's photos, down low and immediately left of the big orange traffic sign. There is also quite a bit of Roxul up, but the precast has been there for at least a week.

Crystal Blu is sure winning the race ...

More precast on the north side of Blu. It was a good day to try and get a shot of the precast in between both buildings (Uptown & Blu) with overcast skies, unfortunately there was equipment in the way so I couldn't get the shot. There were several flatbeds on Charles and Balmuto Streets loaded with more precast so there should be quite a bit more put up by the end of the week, weather permitting.

Ouch

CrystalBlu gets hit by the ugly train on its front facade:

How disappointing. Was this really necessary? This might look worse in person too. I guess this is why the condo has its name.

I actually find that kind of cool so far. At least this condominium is taking advantage of its name and it's too early to tell what the whole base will look like.

and i thought the condo was going to use blue glass to emphasize their name.
