The street presence is amazing. The building itself is decent. Not sure what you mean? Far from blank but the ground level makes up for any staleness one perceives from the above building.

I passed by the site last week and it did not appear shoring has started in Block 1. On a side note I am surprised with a shoring application for Block 1 this quickly. There is a strong possibility that this block will be constructed before the 3 condos in block 12 (if I am not mistaken).
I believe this will be Celestica's new Canadian HQs, so I assume they want to move in ASAP!

Very little 'action' in this block.
There are construction vehicles parked here; but it appears the digging is all concentrated in the south-west blocks of the site.
