I think in general there's a number of subway stations that could benefit from additional entrances that are more closely integrated with nearby residential areas and this feels like such an obvious one. The easier we make it for local residents to access a subway station, the more likely they are to use it (not that it's a huge walk as it is, but every little bit of convenience helps). Hopefully it can be done later even if it's not part of the crosstown project.
