It’s there though…just unpacked and stored on most floors, waiting to be broken out. And for what that’s worth.

Yeah I could be completely wrong but I think once the setback on the 20th floor they will start using that as a staging area for all of their forms I think that they are keeping it protected while they wait to have a higher staging area so it's not to risk damaging it

CTBUH standard measurement for sites on a gradient is from the main entrance lobby and not the southmost part of the building or the lowest retail doorway. 300.2 metres is from outside the doors of the residential lobby and not the heritage podium office lobby urbantoronto has used in its on street calculations.

Technically, any height between the posted site plan application height and the southmost wall is accurate. This is simply to set the record straight in regards to CTBUH posted height. Neither does the tower even exist to measure.
