I may be the only one here who feels this way, but I unequivocally prefer the white accents of the below render to the monolithic all-glass slab that, if I'm not mistaken, is what is actually being built.

As it has been mentioned before, that white janky version was presented when it assumed a-A took over the driver's seat when this project was sold to Concord. It now appears KPF have been put back in charge bringing it back to the their original concept under Cresford-that-was, presuming with minor tweaks...

...my concern here is that the "all glass slab" parts will be cladded with the finest of CityPlace's grey spandrelicious, knowing Concord. And that would be atrocious. But we won't really know that until the cladding is actually put up. So here's hoping for the best! /crosses fingers

I know I sound like a *total* optimist here, but I figure that south wall may be a fine shade of grey spandrel, perhaps with faux windows in light of their being no windows there. I am very curious how they handle the street level here, the structural column in the middle of the heritage facade window is already a *great!* sign.
That being said, I'm just glad this thing is finally taking off...this whole corner has been in construction hell for years.
